I was finally able to get my transcript sent in this week for official acceptance to AIU London. I met with my study abroad coordinator this week as well, to go over transfered credits and the like.
I'm looking forward to this adventure, but still have some misconceptions about traveling: I've never been on a plane, let alone flown across an ocean, and the idea of being in a plane for 7 hours makes me very nervous. Furthermore, my mom informed me today that the "terror alert" for that part of the world is at a "certain" level: meaning, a terror attack is ineveiteable within the next 6 months. PERFECT. I haven't talked to anyone about this, as far as weather my safety is in jeopardy, so I will have to decide weather I will want to go or not when it gets closer to departure time.
